Personal identification information

When you sign up to our online school and create an account, we collect the name and email address you enter. This enables you to have an account to access courses.

Our online school host Teachable stores data on the following, if applicable:

  • how much you paid for a course,
  • where you bought it from,
  • the coupons you used.

Through Teachable, our school platform keeps notice of how far into a course you have completed. This is also so you can see your course progress.

Teachable school sign up and checkout pages will adjust checkboxes to collect opt-in consent from students to receive emails. You may opt-out of these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of every email.

Teachable provides us with your:

  • number of logins,
  • current sign-in IP,
  • signup source, if external,
  • account created,
  • last sign-in IP,
  • purchases, and
  • last time of log-in.

Our school host is working on deleting personal data that we don’t require, such as IP addresses, and wiping them clean from our system.

We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

How to access, edit, or delete information

You can revoke your permission to collect and use that data at any time. You can change your name or email on your account profile page at www.training.mammothinteractive.com.

You can also delete your account at any time. You acknowledge that this would remove you from all courses and you could lose your purchases.

You have the right of access to data export and right to be forgotten via data deletion at any time.
